1. The vertical folding dimensions are inaccurate, with large errors and inconsistent sizes, and the folded drawings have steps.
1) Check if the chain of the longitudinal stepper motor is too loose and tighten it appropriately.
2) The position adjustment of the paper feeding guide claw is not in place, and the traction of the guide claw movable electromagnet is not in place.
2. The quality of SG1-SG4 sensors can be checked by calibrating the measurement points of the system.
3. When the horizontal origami often gets stuck (A0 elongation), the gap between the horizontal origami axis can be adjusted. Open the rear sealing plate of the horizontal origami machine and determine the gap between the origami axis by adjusting the height position of the installation movable plate of the origami axis;
The position of the folding axis movable board is fixed by eccentric axes on both sides.
